We knew it was coming, and now we know when and for how much. AT&T has just announced that the HTC HD7S Windows Phone 7 smartphone will be available on June 5 for $199.99 on a new two-year agreement. The HD7S is very similar to the HD7 that was release for T-Mobile last summer, and features a 4.3-inch, WVGA touchscreen. The difference is the screen is now a Super LCD model, as opposed to the standard LCD of the previous version. The HD7S also has a 1GHz processor and 16GB of internal storage.
